for the past couple of days i have been on the lookout for someone to do a selfless good deed. and as i expected i did not find one. this doesnt mean i am not disappointed, cause i am but in reality i did not expect to find one. i am not saying that i did not see any good deeds but i did not see any that i thought were selfless. i dont think that the phenomenon of people doing selfless good deeds in this world exists.

There are people that do good because they care. I am one of them because I volunteer for CASA. If you go to my post you could see what this is. I don't want to throw Bouquets of flowers at myself however, I want to get my point accross to you. Have you ever done anything to help a friend? When you help someone it just feels good. There is a rush you get from it.I think you are a good person and you just have to look a little harder and you will see the good in people. I hope this doesn't sound too corney.
I agree with Michelle that like people do good because they want that feeling of doing good but there is kyles point right in the statement you said, Michele.

You do good because YOU want to feel good, maybe not even that you want the person youre helping to feel good, so yes I do see Kyle's point, but I think there are definitely people who help others because they are concerned for the other's well-being and not necessarily their own.
